You are never obligated to upgrade if you are content with the AI plan you are subscribed to. All you need to do is make sure you are properly logged in. Research concluded by our back-end team indicates that the main reason this occurs is that users access Chatbot Pro directly. At the moment, when a properly logged-in user accesses the dashboard, the very first app they see is "Chatbot Pro." Simply click the blue tab that says "Go to Chatbot Pro" to access the "Ask Me Anything AI Tool." However, things are in motion right now; we are currently working on the login steps to allow direct access to "Chatbot Pro" as default when properly logged in.
