Yes, we offer option for the user to "Pause" subscroiption up until a maximum of five (5) months:
Just follow these steps:
1. Click "Manage Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Click the tab that says "Subscription".
3. Under the "Actions" column (far right) for your Plan details, select "Pause" from the "Options" dropdown menu. Then choose how many months you wish to skip.
User can no longer afford to make subscription renewal at the moment but wanted to keep plan ACTIVE without prompting any payment. Does our plan offer this kind of scenario? Print
