The receipt/invoice can only be viewed by users through the "Manage Account" option located in the upper-right portion of their dashboard.
Receipts are only given to users who have subscribed to a 7-day trial BASIC plan or a 14-day trial for the PRO plan subscription.
To request a copy of the receipt/invoices via email, subscribers can do so by directly contacting our Support Team through an inbound call or by sending an email request.
